Hu I I've seen your paintings and they are pretty good but this one really isnt the shading is off and the lines are really bad if your using flash I would recommend using Johnny Utah's (Jeff) way of cleaning up lines

Your proportions are a bit off thehead and arms are relatively slim whilst the body is large

True, i was going for a bit of a more cartoony look in this rather than realistic but i do see where your coming from and keep it in mind for future artworks. thank you for the comment :)
